When can I expect my order?

-Once the order is shipped you will receive a notification email containing courier details and tracking number. Orders are shipped out within 1-2 business days For all HAWAII residents (if order placed on weekend, expect to ship out during WEEKDAY or upcoming MONDAY )   All other states/international orders will be shipped out within 2-4 business days. 

For all Mainland you should receive your order within approximately 5-8  business days. And for all HAWAII residents you should receive within 3-4 business days. All international, shipping rates/times will be varied.  We aim to meet these delivery times but during busy periods (including sales) deliveries may take a little longer. Please note that we cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier.

*International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and custom fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination and are the responsibility of the recipient. 

-For mainland, if you want it sooner within 2 business days , rates will apply.

**Shipping costs are non-refundable or eligible for store credit

How much does shipping cost?

 -All Hawaii Residents will get free shipping.

-Any U.S residents outside of Hawaii, Shipping will be $7.00 (as a small business, shipping out of Hawaii can be very pricey but as a gift from us to you we cut down the shipping costs significantly and will cover most shipping rates within U.S Mainland )

*International shipping rates will apply.

 

How do I change my shipping address?

If you have any problems with your order , please feel free to email us: Support@kuddobaby.com . We will be happy to edit your shipping address, although it MUST be done before product has been shipped out (1-2 business days for Hawaii Residents, 2-4 Business days for all U.S & 7 business days for any international)

 

DO we ship internationally?

-Yes, we try our best accommodate customers and have our brand reach worldwide. Although , there will be a shipping charge for all international.

 

Returns and exchanges?

 If you have any problems with your product(s) , Please email us at Support@kuddobaby.com

  1. Provide your name & order number
  2. Explain the reason for return
  3. Provide any photos that would be of help in processing your return.

 

What is your return policy?

-We do accept returns ONLY if the product you ordered is not the correct product AND/OR if the product is visibly damaged upon opening eg: Manufacturer impurities & you are unhappy with what you received (NOT due to courier damage).

How do I care for my Playmat?

-Our Playmat is Machine washable or hand wash. Tumble low or hang dry. Wash with dark color’s. Material is 100% polyester.

 

Where do you manufacture ?
